Consultations & Scheduling

You can book a consultation on our website or call into our office to schedule.

No. We may ask a short list of questions prior to scheduling to ensure we are a great fit for each other.

We can typically meet within 2–3 weeks of your initial phone call.

Proposals are typically completed within one week of the appointment. If there is a delay, we will notify you.

We require a signed proposal and deposit payment. Deposit instructions are included at the end of your proposal.

Yes. We utilize our customer portal to streamline communication and assist with electronic signing.

No. While many clients enjoy the ease of electronic communication, we are happy to work via email or in‑person signing as well.

Design Services

Design services are confirmed at the first consultation. We will discuss your interests and discuss the level of detail required to complete your project. A firm price for sketch or scaled design services will be provided at your meeting if design services are recommended or required. Sketch services start once the payment in full is processed. Sketches are paired with proposals and available within one week of the consultation date. Scaled design services start once the deposit payment along with signed proposal is processed. Scaled designs include an in person presentation that is booked two to three weeks after the signed proposal and payment have been received. Budget ranges will be provided at the initial presentation. Final payment for scaled design services is due at the initial presentation meeting. Scaled designs include one revision. Once the revision is approved, a proposal for installation is provided within one week.

Sketches are hand‑drawn, not to scale, and best for projects under $20,000. Landscape designs are fully scaled, rendered documents used for HOA approvals, coordination with other trades, and precise material calculations. Ideal for projects over $20,000.

At the consultation, the designer will confirm which design package best fits your needs. Landscape designs start at $1,950.

No. Professional design services are billed separately from installation services.

If an additional revision is elected, your designer will confirm the approximate cost for the revision to be completed with your description of changes. Once the cost is approved, the revision will start and payment will be processed.

Landscape sketches range from $450–$600 per sheet, depending on scope and detail. A firm price is provided at your appointment.

Yes. Design presentations are typically scheduled two to three weeks after the signed proposal and deposit payment are processed.

No. We can provide referrals for design‑only or gardening advice services.

Installation & Services

Yes. The installation service minimum is $2,500, which covers approximately a half‑day of labor. Materials and equipment are additional.

Yes. The minimum is $400 for first‑time or one‑time service, which includes two hours of service with a two‑person crew.

Yes. Many clients choose phased installations to spread costs and timing.

Scheduling varies by season. We recommend reaching out early for spring and summer projects.

Yes. We offer seasonal and ongoing landscape maintenance programs.

Payments, Pricing & Warranties

Yes. Materials can be purchased and paid for in advance and installed the following year.

We offer written limited warranties including one year on trees and shrubs, 90 days on perennials, two years on hardscape, one year on lighting, and two years on decks.

Irrigation, Utilities & Safety

No. Irrigation systems vary, but we can provide estimates if system maps are available.

Yes. Minor repairs are handled per proposal terms; major repairs require client approval.

Yes. We manage Miss Dig tickets and notify you when flags will be placed on your property.

Snow Removal & Privacy

Yes. We provide residential and commercial snow removal in Howell and Brighton.

No. Residential snow services are contract‑only.

No. Client information is kept confidential and used for business purposes only.
